Approximately 600 students, parents, and teachers at five schools in Santiago de Machaca, Department of La Paz near the beautiful Lake Titicaca in Bolivia, learned Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Technique (TM) this week and are committed to creating invincibility for the nation.

With a population of 10 million, at least 320 Yogic Flyers are needed to create national invincibility. 320 is the national Super Radiance number for the country. (For further information, visit: http://maharishi-programmes.globalgoodnews.com/maharishi-effect/index.html)

At Colegio Nacional Mixto Litoral, one of the five schools, 17 teachers, the principal, and the student body of 250, as well as some of the parents, began practising the Transcendental Meditation Technique this week.

The school has established three periods for this new programme. There are two periods of group meditation for the whole school together, and one period of theoretical knowledge related to the practice—the Science of Creative Intelligence (SCI). The students also relate their experiences during Transcendental Meditation and the knowledge from their SCI classes to the traditional wisdom of their forefathers, finding that the two are very compatible and enlivening to each other.

In addition to the five schools, other groups in the community requested to learn the Transcendental Meditation Technique, and a course for the advanced TM-Sidhi Programme including Yogic Flying will be held in May. Bolivia could achieve national invincibility in June.
