Invincibility for Latin America

17 May 2007

In Paraguay, a traditional community of the Toba-Qom lineage has taken up the group practice of Transcendental Meditation with great dedication. Two of the traditional kings, Bruno Barra and Tito Recalde, have been inspiring and motivating the community to participate in the programmes which will make all of Paraguay invincible. It has been reported by the national leader of Paraguay, Dr Pedro Ojeda Duran, that the group practice of Transcendental Meditation is creating waves of happiness and harmony there and that people are having profound experiences.

In Trinidad and Tobago, 250 students have been practising Transcendental Meditation daily in the school of Pandit Balram Prasad, principal of the SWAHA Secondary School. This week, 125 of these students, who have already learned the advanced programme of Transcendental Meditation—the TM-Sidhi Programme, will now learn the final phase and become Yogic Flyers. A celebration will take place on 20 May 2007.

At the end of May, two long-awaited special three month Teacher Training Courses will be held in Brazil for the creation of invincibility in Latin America. One course will be held in the grand city of São Paulo and the other in Northeast Brazil. More than 100 participants are coming, not only from Latin America, but also from the countries of the Caribbean, Spain, and Portugal.

In the highlands of Bolivia as well as Peru, a very special project is currently in progress which unites Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture with Maharishi's Poverty Removal Programme on a grand scale by integrating the production of organic bio-diesel fuel with Vedic Organic food and Maharishi Honey. This project will secure the economic growth of the region as well as provide the entire Andes community of Bolivia with Consciousness-Based Education, Vedic Health Care, and Vedic Organic food, thus raising the nation to invincibility.
