Great care and creativity was shown in the use of natural building materials while keeping within a reasonable budget. Dr. Stein explained how the building was built by a charitable German foundation, making donations tax deductible. The necessary financing was achieved through donations, private loans, and a bank loan. A major plan that could be used anywhere was for those who wanted to live in the Peace Palace contributed, thereby realizing their ambition of living in Vastu, as well as creating a home for Maharishi?s knowledge.
