14 January 2008 On the Global Family Chat of 15 March 2008, Raja Felix, Raja of Switzerland and Serbia, reflected on all of Maharishi’s work for the world: ‘It’s a beautiful time to awaken to the full realization of Maharish’s words, “The future is bright – and that is my delight.” ‘ In summarizing the last two months, Raja Felix commented on the solid steps of progress in both of his domains, saying that they are in the direction of that bright future that Maharishi mentioned. Raja Felix’s talk centred mainly on land projects in Serbia and Switzerland. During his talk, Raja Felix spoke about a beautiful piece of land that Dr Otto Odermatt, one of the Founders of Invincibility for Switzerland, had located in northwest Switzerland. Raja Felix commented that there were 50 hectares of agricultural land altogether, and that they were under organic cultivation. ‘The location is very peaceful and quiet – no cars, trains, or even airplanes are disturbing the silent atmosphere,’ said Raja Felix. The leaders of the Global Country of World Peace in Switzerland are now looking for a meditating farmer who would like to continue with the farming activities related to the property and also expand it into a Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture project. Raja Felix then commented on the progress in his other domain, Serbia, by saying that Dr Milan Popov, one of the two National Directors of the Global Country of World Peace for Serbia, reported that he has finalized the calculation to build the Maharishi School for Invincible Serbia. The groundbreaking ceremonies for the Maharishi School, and also for Vastu apartments that are to be built on the land, were done on 12 January 2008. Raja Felix mentioned that the calculations by Dr Popov showed that all the financial resources for building the School will be made by selling Vastu flats to members of the Global Country of World Peace in Serbia who would like to live on the same site as the Maharishi School. Raja Felix also commented that in Belgrade the Movement owns a property of 6300 square metres. An architect has calculated that they can use the property for commercial use, residences, a Maharishi School, the Maharishi Tower of Invincibility, Yagya Mandaps for Vedic Pandits performances, and also a Maharishi Ayurveda Clinic and vegetarian restaurant. |
