Invincibility is rising in Canada in five main areas: the interest in Huntsville and Vancouver's 2010 Guru Purnima Assemblies; live demonstrations of increased brainwave coherence through the Transcendental Meditation Programme; interest in Transcendental Meditation and related brain wave research by members of the Hatha Yoga community; support for the Transcendental Meditation Programme from First Nations leaders; and Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems.

Raja Paul Potter, Raja of Invincible Canada for the Global Country of World Peace, reported on these initiatives along with other leaders of the Global Country for Canada.*

National World Peace Assemblies have been held at Maharishi International Academy in eastern Canada on the shore of the beautiful Lake of Bays in Huntsville, Ontario since 1977. Many look forward to this year's assembly. On Canada's west coast, organizers of the Guru Purnima World Peace Assembly at the University of British Columbia expect more than the 100 that attended last summer.

Canada's EEG Demonstration Initiative—
Live demonstrations of how the Transcendental Meditation Programme increases integration of brain functioning are generating tremendous interest. New machines testing EEG (electroencephalogram recording of brain waves) make these demonstrations easy to offer.

Dr Rich van Schaik spoke about the successful technology of the EEG . Since the Vlodrop EEG conference, great progress has been made utilizing this technology. (read more)
