The participants gave very nice experiences of their benefits from the Transcendental Meditation Programme. They found much encouragement from relating these experiences to quotes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi?s and discussing them in the light of scientific research.

The last stop on the tour was a return to Lille, France. Christian Eloy, teacher of the Transcendental Meditation Programme, expressed appreciation for the tour members. The participants enjoyed the discussion of their experiences during the Transcendental Meditation Programme.
