Up Third International Congress of Global Mother Divine Organization—report from Germany Slideshow

The Third International Congress of the Global Mother Divine Organization* was held in MERU, Holland 19-23 July, 2010.

Attending the Congress were delegations of leaders and members of the Global Mother Divine Organization (GMDO) from around the world, including Raj Rajeshwaris,* National Directors, and lady Teachers and practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.

During the Congress, delegates from each country reported on achievements, and each of the organization's five international foundations gave an inspiring presentation on their latest programmes—'What's New' in Development of Consciousness, Health Care, Education, Music and Culture, as well as in Digital Media.

The Congress immediately preceded the weeklong global celebration of Guru Purnima that was held in MERU starting 23 July. Many delegates stayed on for the Assembly, with evening garden concerts for the Maharishi Gandharva Veda Festival for World Peace on 24 and 25 July.

The Global Mother Divine Organization in Germany announced the completion of an Ideal Girls School in Erfurt, which is in the Brahmasthan (geographical centre) area of Germany. The school, currently operating in temporary facilities, hosted an open-house for 3,000 visitors. An attending school principal will begin implementing Consciousness-Based Education in her school.
