  6.jpg - Calcutta, Bengal: Maharishi Vidya Mandir is a highly prestigious Girl?s School with 1,200 students in the college and two primary schools. The school was recognized by regional superintendants as being the top school in the state. Included in the report was recent progress: 10 new teachers and families beginning the Transcendental Meditation Programme and 135 new students learning the technique. 173 students began the Transcendental Meditation SIdhis Programms and 178 were already Yogic Flyers. The schools receive far more applications than space available.

Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh: The Principal (left) of Maharishi Vidya Mandir accepts the award for best college in the region from the educational assessment board. The mandir (college) includes two highly prestigious girls' schools and a ladies' college with 1,800 students and 200 teachers and staff, all of whom practise the Transcendental Meditation Programme and the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme.
