Up Latin America: Nations establish Yogic Flying groups Slideshow

14 May 2010

The Latin American nations of Colombia, Guyana, Suriname, and Mexico are enjoying expansion of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's programmes. One of the most significant areas of expansion has been the establishment of groups of Yogic Flyers creating coherence and invincibility for each country.

In Colombia, a group of 200 Yogic Flyers has been established, reported Raja Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja of Invincible Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, speaking on Maharishi Global Family Chat.*

At youth rehabilitation centres established by Father Gabriel Mejia in Colombia, a group of 200 residents recently learnt the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying. 'This group of young Yogic Flyers will bring a new wave of bliss and calm to the environment and the rehabilitation process,' commented Raja Jose Luis Alvarez.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi once told Father Gabriel that no matter how serious an offense the youth have committed, the experience of group Yogic Flying causes an immediate shift to blissful and positive experience, Raja Luis said. 'Everything overshadowing these young offenders is dispelled with this experience, and this is the basis for true rehabilitation.'

Plans are also underway for Maharishi Invincibility Schools to be built near the centres of Father Gabriel, which students from all backgrounds will be welcome to attend. (read more)
