4 August 2010 The 50th anniversary of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's first visit to Switzerland was celebrated at the International Capital of Heaven on Earth in Seelisberg, Switzerland on 1 August, the Swiss national day. Raja Felix Kaegi, Raja (administrator) of Invincible Switzerland for the Global Country of World Peace, described the celebration and showed beautiful pictures of the events of the day. Guests were welcomed in the foyer of the Sonnenberg hotel and enjoyed alpine horns in the grand Hall of Knowledge. Celebration guests included Prime Minister Dr Bevan Morris, Dr Prakash Shrivasthava, Dr Girish Momaya, Dr Benjamin Feldman, Dr Neil Paterson, Raja Paul Potter and other Rajas. These are the same alpine horns that heralded the Dawn of the Age of Enlightenment, which Maharishi inaugurated in 1975 in a beautiful celebration on Lake Lucerne in Switzerland, Raja Felix said. The guests enjoyed a delicious luncheon in the gardens, followed by reflections and wishes offered by the Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, Dr Bevan Morris, as well as several Rajas. The highlight of the celebration was a series of four short videos of Maharishi from the years in which he was in residence at the International Capital in Seelisberg, such as Maharishi heralding the Dawn of the Age of Enlightenment in 1975, Raja Felix said.
