With the support of Maharishi University of Management (MUM) in Iowa, USA, Rajapark Institute in Thailand now offers a BA degree for women in the Science of Creative Intelligence (SCI).

Students live in Maharishi Vastu* housing at the Institute, and the combination of Vastu, a daily programme of extended practice of Transcendental Meditation and its advanced technologies, together with their study of Vedic Science allows students to develop the full potential of their consciousness while at the same time earning a BA degree in SCI.

A class of students graduated earlier this year.

A Master of Arts degree in the Science of Creative Intelligence is also offered now by the Institute. A dual degree will be awarded from both Rajapark Institute in Thailand, and Maharishi University of Management, USA.

Education officials have been very impressed with the quality of the educational programmes, said Dr Rajavikram Aditya Charoen-rajapark, Rector of the Institute.

Developing one's full potential through an ideal educational programme that includes the twice-daily practice of Transcendental Meditation and its advanced techniques is also a very practical means for achieving success in the world, he said. Business and industry want to recruit people with great intelligence and creativity. The programme at Rajapark Institute develops both values in its students, and to a degree that gives them an advantage over graduates of other institutions.

Rajapark Institute has expanded to include 10 branch campuses in different parts of Thailand. The student body has increased from 700 to 3,000. Construction of a new Rajapark Institute campus, according to principles of Maharishi Vedic architecture, is underway on land in the capital of Yala province in southern Thailand, where they have over 1,000 students. The new campus will have over 2,000 square metres (21,500 square feet) of classroom space. (read more)
