20 November 2008 The National Director of Invincible Italy for the Global Country of World Peace, recently reported on the initial success of a three-year Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health course for medical doctors, and also on two weekend coherence-creating assemblies held on the Adriatic Sea and in the south of Italy. Dr Ubaldo Cortinovis said that the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health course began last month with 30 medical doctors in Rome and 20 in Milan. The course was prepared by Italy's National Director of Health—a prominent medical doctor who is also an expert in Maharishi Ayur-Veda—along with two other medical doctors also well-versed in Maharishi Vedic Medicine. After the first day, the participants expressed their satisfaction and appreciation for the knowledge contained in the course, as well as the competency and skill of their teachers. This three-year Vedic Medicine programme for doctors creates a strong basis for the establishment of a Maharishi College of Perfect Health, the National Director said. In addition to the course for medical doctors, 25 people attended a course on pulse diagnosis—a key element of Maharishi Ayur-Veda—held recently in the nation's capital. (read more) |
