The year 2009 was 'a very bright year, full of achievements' for the Global Mother Divine Organization, which is the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace.

The ladies' wing of Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Movement is responsible for administering Maharishi's Technologies for all women everywhere and is now active in more than 50 countries.

On 30 January, during the Global Mother Divine Organization's monthly global Full Moon Celebration, Raj Rajeshwaris*—Mothers of the World from the Sovereign Domain of Consciousness—expanded on the earlier reports, presenting a very rich programme of news, knowledge, and entertainment.

Seventeen countries have legally established their Global Mother Divine Organization; most recent among these were Ecuador, Germany, Ghana, Israel, Norway, and Switzerland. Portugal, Chile, Martinique, and Brazil will soon join the list. Two new GMDO courses were developed:

—a one-day course on the Source, Course, and Goal of Love

—a ten-lesson Introduction to Maharishi Gandharva Veda Vocal Music, which will be the first GMDO course to be offered online.

These and other GMDO courses from the Five Foundations of Global Mother Divine have already been offered—for example in Holland, Ukraine, Trinidad and Tobago, Chile, Taiwan, and Poland, to name a few. Teachers of the Transcendental Meditation Programme can order these courses through their channels. (read more)
